There are two options for placing your order:
1. (Most affordable) You send in your leaking C6 cylinders, and Top Hydraulics rebuilds them.
- Top Hydraulics replaces & upgrades ALL seals in your cylinders with our superior proprietary material including rod seals, gland seals, port seals, plug seals and piston seals. Top Hydraulics also manufactures and installs our own precision CNC machined front caps in these cylinders, so that the tiny OEM rod seals can be replaced with Top Hydraulics' u-cup seals for a far more reliable seal and much longer service life.

2. (Fastest) Core Exchange Option where Top Hydraulics ships parts from our inventory first ($1200 plus a $1000 deposit).
- Option 2 means that you get a set of rebuilt & upgraded cylinders from Top Hydraulics' inventory first, then you ship back your original set for credit of your $1000 core refund. You get a full set that has been rebuilt to outlast and outperform OEM replacements.

To get parts shipped from Top Hydraulics first, select the core exchange option in the drop down menu above. This is $1200 plus $1000 deposit, compared to $900 if you send in your cylinders first for rebuild service.
All prices assume that there is no irreparable damage to the metal parts on your cylinders, such as rust on the polished shafts.

Top Hydraulics' standard warranty is 3 years on rebuilds/upgrades of convertible top cylinders and hydraulic pumps, and on new hydraulic hoses.
The hydraulic pump is located in the tonneau compartment. The hydraulic system also utilizes two main lift hydraulic cylinders, two bow cylinders, and two tonneau cylinders. In the tonneau hydraulic circuit there is a hold valve to prevent the tonneau cover from closing when there is no operating pressure.
The hydraulic pump consists of a pump block, oil reservoir, and a 12-Volt DC electric motor to operate the pump. The fluid reservoir (with level indications on the side)is attached to the pump with a hose clamp. Chevrolet recommends using Univis HVI 26 hydraulic fluid. Here at Top Hydraulics, inc. we use FeBi 02615 fluid in all of our hydraulic systems.
