Note: there may be a surcharge if the valve block has been abused, such as from over-torquing the pressure relief valve, or from forcing it open too far. Specifically, there is a $500 surcharge for valve replacement and re-lapping if the pressure relief (manual activation) valve has been stripped by someone trying to turn it past its limits.
